Need to start a return? Here’s how:

1. CHECK ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns when your item arrives defective or misprinted, you received the wrong item or size, or your item was damaged in transit. Because every item is printed to order and can’t be restocked, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

2. CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS

Email support@villaincity.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
