Every Villain City apparel item is printed specifically for you when you order. Because custom items cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference.

We WILL accept returns or exchanges when:

• Your item arrives defective or misprinted
• You received the wrong item or size
• Your item was damaged in transit

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Size exchanges: if the size chart led you astray, contact us — we handle these case by case and will always try to make it right.

Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective.
